Who are we?

Boux Avenue is the cool, young, London-based lingerie, nightwear and swimwear brand, with 27 stores across the UK and a thriving ecommerce business at www.bouxavenue.com. Founded in April 2011, the brand describes its core aesthetic as a blend of the sweet and the sexy, with its bi-annual collections designed by their in-house team.  Pitched at what the brand calls an 'accessible luxury' price tag, Boux Avenue's reputation is founded not only on the femininity of its products, but also on their quality, comfort and fit, backed up with the offer of a free and expert bra fit service in all of its stores.

No matter what your age, size or style, Boux Avenue is an inclusive brand for everybody. Available in sizes 28-40, A-H cups and sizes 6-18. With an unrivalled eye for detail and passion for customer service, Boux Avenue is your ultimate destination whether you're looking for everyday essentials or something a little sexier.

The role

Working alongside the Head of Performance Marketing and Performance Marketing Manager, you will support our digital performance marketing channels to grow e-commerce traffic, maximise online acquisition, and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with our Brand team and eCommerce trading teams to deliver end-to-end performance campaigns.

You are perfect for the role if you are a hard-working marketer with 2-4 years of experience who is keen to expand your digital performance footprint within a fast-paced online fashion brand. Your experience and interests should align heavily with Paid Social execution, content selection, and creative briefing. You will have exceptional attention to detail, great organisational skills, and thrive in an innovative, collaborative environment.

Main duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimise daily campaigns across Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest), continually testing audiences, ad copy, and landing pages to meet KPI targets.

  • Lead the performance creative loop by reviewing paid creative data, identifying asset fatigue, and translating insights into clear briefs for our Digital Design team and external agency partners.

  • Collaborate closely with our Brand and Influencer teams to streamline the flow of User-Generated Content (UGC) and organic assets for paid ad campaigns.

  • Support the Performance Marketing Manager with daily and weekly performance reporting, tracking channel spend pacing, and extracting meaningful trade insights.

  • Assist the Performance Marketing Manager with operational execution across Paid Search (keywords, copy, budgets) and Paid Display (Epsilon creative briefing and performance tracking).

  • Partner with the E-Commerce Trading team to align paid campaigns with the weekly trading calendar and support specific product pushes or stock clearances.

  • Monitor end-to-end customer journeys to ensure ad messaging, creative assets, and landing page selections align seamlessly with campaign objectives.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social channels to test fresh formats and keep Boux Avenue at the forefront of digital retail.

What are we looking for from you?

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest).

  • Working knowledge or understanding of Affiliate Marketing and Paid Search (Google Ads) is desirable.

  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for interpreting data and driving actionable insights rather than vanity metrics.

  • Creative eye, with an ability to align creatives to marketing objectives using historical performance data to drive decisions.

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management capabilities.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving digital landscape.

  • Super resilient worker who can keep calm and thrive in a fast-paced online retail environment.

  • Collaborative team player not afraid to help out to deliver digital results.

  • Experience in online fashion retail or a keen interest in the digital retail landscape.

What are the benefits?

  • Competitive salary

  • 33 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays and an additional wellbeing day

  • Fun working environment with regular social events

  • Eligible to join the enhanced pension scheme after 12 months service

  • Staff discounts across the brands within Theo Paphitis Retail Group (Ryman, Robert Dyas and London Graphic Centre).
