Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships across Wholesale & Consignment models to help Boux Avenue grow across external platforms
- Market research to identify potential partner opportunities
- Negotiate agreements that are legally compliant and financially beneficial for Boux
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, trading stock effectively, identify new product opportunities to trade into, optimise the stocks (full price, promotion and markdown)
- Budget accurately for sales, stock and margin, breaking plans down by department Quarterly and Weekly
- Supporting partner selection meetings to decide on options, spend, sizing and overseeing lookbook preparation with cost prices
- Overseeing partner set up information on each line, using their portals. Ensure imagery, descriptions, attributes and copy are passed on correctly to enhance site optimisation
- Track intake once all PO's are set up correctly on the system. Notify partners of any changes to quantities or delays on delivery dates.
- In season trading by updating WSSI's, monitoring sales and shipments to show future risk or identify opportunities
- Work closely with the warehouse to ensure goods in and out are completed on time
- Work closely with Finance to deal with invoice queries, freight queries and monthly figures tally back to Management Accounts
- Track and monitor performance against key KPI's by partner to all key stakeholders
- Work with internal Boux buying, design and merchandising teams to align partner goals with our own by optimising product selection and stock levels
Key skills:
- Be a strong communicator being the face of the Boux brand to external partners, and be able to communicate effectively across the Boux organisation
- Strong negotiator for partner terms and conditions of the partnership
- Project Management - set up of a new partner through to trading the stock once up and running. Work closely with the warehouse & finance teams
- Strong Excel skills
- Effective line management - two direct reports
- Experience with partners like M&S, Next, Very, ASOS and any International Partners would be beneficial
