Boux Avenue are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. Our Goal: grow Online Traffic and Sales + build Brand love by amplifying the mileage of Brand campaigns.? Online, customers can take advantage of free returns, a click and collect in-store service (to collect from one of our 27 Boux Avenue stores, or from over 200 Ryman stores) and beautiful free gift wrapping.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Paid Social & Affiliate Marketing. Paid Search is desirable
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for interpreting data and driving actionable insights
  • Familiarity with key platforms: META, TikTok, Snapchat. Google Ads is also desirable and other emerging channels
  • Creative eye, with an ability to align Creatives to marketing objectives by consulting quantitative and qualitative data
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving digital landscape

?The Role Responsibilities

  • Drive performance and optimisation strategies across Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) looking at campaign, audiences and creative performance across the full funnel and all key KPIs
  • Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for digital marketing improvement and growth
  • Review Paid Creative performance + liaise with Brand and Influencer on Organic content performance
  • Review and take action on performance marketing campaigns including: content selection, copywriting, landing page selection
  • Own daily management and optimisation of Affiliate Marketing via AWIN. Build, nurture and maintain relationships with affiliate partners to drive collaboration and ?
  • Ensure creative assets align to campaign objectives, resonating to targeting audiences
  • Analyse data to locate opportunities for improvement and growth; especially creatives and audiences ?
  • Take actionable Insights from data analysis, married with context, to produce meaningful learnings and improvement
  • Provide clear and comprehensive briefs to our Digital Design team and external Agencies for Paid ads
  • Support your team by generating daily and weekly performance reports for digital channels?
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies with overall marketing goals
  • Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates to ensure effective campaign management?
  • Support Manager on Paid Display: briefing Creatives to Epsilon and verifying Display performance
  • Support Manager on Paid Search: big strategies, keyword ideas, budgets and campaign performance
  • Consult Brand and Influencer team on the flow of User-Generated-Content (UCG) for Paid campaigns
  • Work with our E-Commerce Trade team to review product areas which require additional performance marketing support.?
  • Share a perspective on UCG that is authentic and engaging, resonating for performance KPIs
  • Explore and support the integration of new channels, new formats and initiatives for growth
  • Stay abreast of emerging platforms and tech for opportunities on expanding our digital presence
  • Maintain awareness of policy issues / community guidelines / violations on Paid Social, Paid Search and Affiliate Platforms
